Service Items not Interfaced to AR

Hi,

We have sales orders which have service items and inventory items. Invetory items are interfaced to AR and can receivables can be generated.

But we have problem with service item which are not interfacing to AR and resutling there is no receivable.

Does it require some set up for service items for interfacing to AR or anything else ?
