Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Service Items not Interfaced to AR

Hi,

We have sales orders which have service items and inventory items. Invetory items are interfaced to AR and can receivables can be generated.

But we have problem with service item which are not interfacing to AR and resutling there is no receivable.

Does it require some set up for service items for interfacing to AR or anything else ?
