Inter Organization Transfers >> Report for IOT not received in the destination Organization

Hi,

Product version and release is R12.1.3.

Is there a standard report or program available by which we can list the Inter Organizatoion Transfers not received in their destination Organizations?

If NOT, then can anyone please prpovide some query which can select and list such records. Also what columns of which tables be checked for the purpose?
