My company is currently running 11.5.10 E-Business Suite.  Our users are having issues with Blanket Releases allowing them to release more than the blanket release quantity was for on the line item and more that the blanket release amount was for on the line item level.  Is there a setting to stop this from happening or do I need to do a forms personalization to stop it?
