FAILED CHECK FOR PACKAGE BODY WWV_FLOW_HELP

I have installed Oracle 11gr2 11.2.0.1.0 EE 32 bit on RHEL 2.6.18-128.el5PAE #1 SMP 32 bit. Installation was successful. After installation, I ran utlrp.sql, its log file returns with only one failed check which is
FAILED CHECK FOR PACKAGE BODY WWV_FLOW_HELP

I am planing to upgrade this version to 11.2.0.2.0, but I am facing this error. I have searched net but did not find any solution of it. Any help will be highly appreciated.
