Has anyone had admin/agile data sync issues on Agile Clusters?

We are facing this issues recently and this is creating major problems.

When there is modification in the primary server the data is not updated in the secondary.

When there is modification on the sec server the data never is updated in any server and this data is lost.

There are sync issues clearly with the sec server and heap memory errors when there is a manual sync done on the sec server.

Has anyone faced this issue? Any info or help will be great.
