Which Currency conversion rate should be applied by system for multi-currency credit check

Situation
credit should be checked when order booked, credit rule level is sales order.
The profile amount is Set in KRW but the order will created in USD.
conversion type is corporate.
conversion rate :
12.01 -  1000.00 (USD to KRW)
12.06 -  1100.00 (USD to KRW)

Create an order with USD on 12.06  and set the 'date ordered ' as 12.01
Which conversion rate should be applied 1000.00 or 1100.00
