intercompany : can we generate an AP intercompagny invoice from a manual AR invoice ?

Hello,

We set up intercompany between to entities. The intercompany invoice process seems to work fine to invoice material. One of the companies has to invoice charges. I would like to know if it is possible to generate an AP intercompany invoice from a manual AR invoice.
