Settlement of TAX

Hi All,

In EBT can we settle / net-off taxes of different regimes? for example - there is one regime called input regime and output regime. in input regime there is one tax called input vat and in output regime there is one tax called output vat. Now, can we do the net-off / settlement between these two taxes - input vat and output vat?
