JDE Upgrade from ERP8 to E1 9.0

We are in the process of upgrading from ERP8.0 to E1 9.0. Is there any document available on how the data would be upgarded. Some of the key issues I am looking forward is

a). How is data migrated from ERP 8.0 to E 1 9.0

b). How are changes to table structure handled as part of this upgrade.

Any documentation from a functional view point would be appreciated.

Not sure if I have posted my discussion on the correct thread.
