Embedded BI Publisher EnterpriseOne 9.0 - New user issues

I have created a very simple report which appears to stop at the point of distribution.  I.e., nothing happens beyond data extraction. 

My question is this:  Is there documentation that fully explains the BI Publisher cycle?  If this simple definition is run locally on a fat client the XML data is produced in PrintQueue, running from the Web interface nothing appears to be produced.  Nothing else happens.

I have used BI Publisher for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Guide but it appears that a lot of information is either omitted or more knowledge is expected.
