Restrict picklist value based on condition

Hi,

In Opportunity Object we have Source field Picklist (Editable) and picklist values are New, Direct, and indirect. When Source field value is flown from Siebel to OD through integration(not created in CRM OD), ‘Source field’ in OD will be set to the value of “New”.

My question is:

How can we show only possible value in the dropdown would be ‘New’ in OD, instead of New, direct, and indirect in dropdown?
