Local vs Global ASLs

Hello All,

Been a while since I have worked with PO...and this is a question about ASLs - global vs local.  I create a Blanket Agreement and do NOT check the global flag.  I select to create all of the sourcing/ASL automatically.  The ASLs are created as Global and the we need these to be Local instead.  I have only used these as Global in the past so no problems.  How do I accomplish the ASLs to be created as local and not global automatically?
