JDE 9.0/8.98 clients on Windows XP

Hello,
In official MTR [ID 747323.1] I've found that JDE 9.0/8.98 and newer doesn't support Windows XP SP3 for clients. In our current JDE XE installation everybody has installed XP and It's very important to know wheather we must upgrade windows for new JDE.  

Do anyone tried to use JDE on XP as a client? (not as developer)
