Sales Commision Code not posting to Sales Order Header

Good morning group and happy Monday.

We are running into a situation where the sale commission code is not updating the sales order header after running sales update.  As a result, the F42160 table is not being populated.  We are on JDE 900.  Has anyone experienced anything similiar?  I have searched the knowledge garden and I have not found anything yet.

Any help would be appreciated.
