how does labour and expense get costed in R12 ? they are non -inventory enabled items. how and from
kindly provide an insight into the costing related to labor and expense items in field service r12.1.3.how do we enable the costs for the labour and expense items. is there any special feature in R12 to accommodate costs?

This new feature will provide the ability to automatically capture the item cost for parts, labor, and expenses debriefed and for manually entered Charge Lines. Service Request Cost records will be created and stored in a new table automatically whenever debrief lines and manually entered charge records are created/updated. In addition, a new report will be provided to display the costs, charges, and the related profit margin at a service request level.
