HOW TO ENFORCE BUDGETARY CONTROL OF CAPEX

Hi All

How can we enforce budgetary control at PO level when procuring fixed assets item.

Our challenge is that when we procure asset items we use the asset clearing account and we dont have any idea how to link it with the budget on asset cost accounts.

Our bigest challenge is the business units continue to procure asset items whilst they don't have budget resulting over expenditure on capital items.
