Outbound 850 - customer item number on R43500 for direct ship orders

  Hi,

  We are currently in the process of implementing Electronic PO (outbound 850) from JDE1 to BaaN and SAP systems. For E1 direct ship orders how can we print(send) customer item number to BaaN and SAP?. When we tested it printed only E1 item number and supplier item number (BaaN /SAP item number) not the direct customer item number. Item cross reference is set up for both direct customer and  supplier (BaaN/SAP).
