How do I know that previous Siebel upgrade with ICL option?

Hi, smart people,

I saw some of documents in Siebel support web to have comments " you can select ICL for only every other upgrade". How do I know if the previous Siebel upgrade was used ICL option?

Besides, all of our customized screens, views or applets were inactivated with "-UPG" name change. The repository merge has "Complete" status. Merge0.txt has no error. We are upgrade from Siebel sea 77 to Siebel SEA 811

Appreciate for any response.
