ODBC Problems Installing 8.2.2

I am installing Siebel 8.2.2 on a Windows 64 Bit Machine. I've also Installed the Oracle Client (64 Bit). I installed the enterprise and it installed a driver, but I have been unable to use the driver.

When testing the ODBC driver I receive the following error: Specified driver could not be loaded tue to system error 193: (Siebel Oracle 90 E:/ses822/gtwysrvr, e:\ses822\gtwysrvr\bin\seor825.dll)

Has anyone seen this error before? Some messages suggest a 32 bit to 64 bit compatibility issue. It seems like this might be a 32 bit driver. Should I install the 32 bit version of the oracle client? If anyone has experience with 8.2.2 on a 64 bit windows machine can you let me know if you've hit this issue?
