Can requisitions and POs show the VAT tax amount

The users want to show the VAT tax amount on the requisitions and POs, and expect the requisition approvers can see the total amount and approve the total amount, ie the net amount plus the VAT tax amount.

If this can be achieved, what can be done in the setup.

We are on Oracle Applications : 11.5.10.2
