Listener is not starting automatically - Windows 2003 server

Hi Friends,

I had a problem in windows 2003 server, Whenever the windows patch update happening in one of the windows server, The listener is not starting automatically after reboot the server, but database service got started without any problem.

The database configured with 10G R2, Last month i recreated the database service and listener service but the problem is not resovled.Both configured with automatic mode only.

Please suggest How to resolve the issue?
