Importing Customer Data into CRM - Any Application to assist?

Hi there,

I have a business requirement whereby I need to import our customer base from our financials system into our CRM system to manage our interaction with our customer base (currently we are only recording sales and projects).

There are over 14,000 customers to be imported. I have a data feed set up etc. whereby I currently can run a query and get my required customer information on an as needs basis - this is filtered by customer base, so I'm not dealing with a single huge file.

Can anyone recommend a service or any software that can assist in cleaning the data, formatting the data and aide in preventing duplicates trying to be uploaded?
