Standard Oracle cost report

I am trying to locate a standard oracle report that includes the fields:
Last PO Price, Invoice Price, Unit Cost, On hand qty, Item #. I have attached a screen shot to show the fields.
If there is a standard oracle report then it will be really helpful if anyone can provide the name of that report,along with the responsibility name from where I need to run the report.I have taken the screen shot from Inventory reponsibility.Thanks,Amrita
