Refreshing already clonned instance

Hi Friends,

I am  a little concerned with regards to refreshing the cloned instance for RMS database.  I will try to express as much as I can so that I can have quick responses.

We have two servers, Production and Test, RMS database was cloned by third party (our previous consultants) to replicate production server to test.  At this point and time, both of these database are up and running and i have to refresh TEST with current database of the production. 

My question:

What is the quickest and best possible way to refresh already cloned instance?  Or do i redo the whole instance cloning again?
