ADI uploads

We have recently upgraded to 12.1.3 - since that date we are experience intermittent issues with ADI uploads. Even though we do not check "load unbalanced entry", uploads will get stuck in the interface table, with 1-2 lines dropped from the upload, and upload report will show unbalanced journal error. The same journal with the same user might go through fine an hour later. Some users are having no issues at all. But we are having this issue with many ADI users.
