How to get troubleshooting info on Berkley DB error -30999?

Hi all,

I am looking for help in troubleshooting a Berkley DB error our product has been having recently.  The error code being printed is -30999.  How can I get in contact with someone at Oracle to assist in debugging?  Thanks for the help.
