How to Close Fully utilized PO lines

Hello PO Gurus,

My Purchasing Manager is asking to close fully utilized PO lines, is there any API or program which I can run and close the lines. We ran standard concurrent program Mass Closing of Purchase Documents and it closed Standard POs.

any suggestions to close only PO lines.
