EIT, Self Service and linking reports

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question
 To meet a new NYS law we have set up an EIT to store that people have reviewed their wage data. We have successfully placed that EIT on self service.  

The problem is we would like to create a link to that individual’s pdf report on their wages. While it is obvious how to create a link for everyone to view the same report (which we will be using for our corporate policy report) it is not clear how to allow them to view only their report.

 

We have a developer working on creating a custom solution but it seems silly to re-invent the wheel. Has anyone here solved this problem before? How did you do it and am I missing something obvious?
