Chart of Account (P0909)

Hello - For some reason, our chart of account (F0909) does not have object account starting with "00". Is there any logic in the report R0909R to not include 00s object? We use 00s object account for statistics purpose. They all have the level 7 or 9. Please let me know how you are handling it.
