Cross platform migration using Rman duplicate process .

Is it possible to migrate a 10.2.0.4 database on HP-ux into 11gR2 rdbms in Linux86-64 platform directly using rman duplicate process instead of first migrating to 10.2.0.4 rdbms on the inux side
