DB2 sort sequence vs Oracle DB sort Sequence

in Install, Upgrades & Change Mgmt - JDE1 (MOSC)
Upgraded from E1 8.0 to E1 9.0.2 on ISeries.  In changing the database type, the sort sequence is no longer the same.   Does anyone have user recommendations for issues that arise from moving from a DB2 database (alpha characters first) to the Oracle Database (alpha characters second)?    This can impact some totalling applications - particularly in finance LOD reports.
