oracle.apps.xdo.template.fo.area.NoAvailableAreaException: Not enough rendering area

Hello,
After installing the patch 13399232, I configured the temp dir (Admin > Server Configuration > System Temporary Directory).
This is working fine, and I can see the tmp and cache files being generated. Most reports are created with no issues.

The problem is with large reports.
I'm receiving this error in the BI Publisher report page:
"Not enough rendering area. Please look into the incomplete output file for cause."

In the xdo.log, the error is:

[121311_170533317][][EXCEPTION] oracle.apps.xdo.template.fo.area.NoAvailableAreaException: Not enough rendering area. Please look into the incomplete output file for cause.
