Item revision in Install Base

Hi All,

We are able to see Item Revision in Personalized search page but on the instance, we are not able to view the Item Revision field.

Steps to replicate the issue:

Click on Personalize button, view the Item Revision field.
Once the instance is queried the Item Revision field is not visible. If its only on search page then is, does the item revision gets automatically updated in install base instance?

Is the Item revision field hidden? But we are not able to view personalize page option on Install Base page.

Pointers to any of the queries above will be very helpful.
