Archived redolog smaller redologfile

Archived redolog is smaller than the redologfile.

Our productive system upgraded from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.2.0.
Since them the redolog size of 100MB was never been completly used again.
Database switch logs much earlier. Much more "checkpoint not complete" situations were detected since that.

I have checked the oracle note and found similar problem: Archived redolog is (significant) smaller than the redologfile. [ID 1356604.1] I read all the bugs decribed below. Bu its not solved our problem.

What do you advice?

    • BUG 9272059 - REDO LOG SWITCH AT 1/8 OF SIZE DUE TO CMT CPU'S
    • BUG 10354739 - REDOLOGSIZE NOT COMPLETLY USED
    • BUG 12317474 - FREQUENT REDO LOG SWITCHES GENERATING SMALL SIZED ARCHIVELOGS
