Hi,
We are implementing a solution for set top box for our client.
There is a requirement for us and need your assistance.

Set top box records each and every changes like change of channel, how much time viewer is viewing a channel.... etc.... and it sends these details to the database with date and time stamp in UTC....right now both UTC and BST are same ...but once its a summer time, there will be an hours GAP as BST will be moving ahead by 1 hour...but still the settop box will be sending us the date and time stamp as UTC.If we are populating our data for reporting it will not be authentic as the date and time in which the viewer

Howdy, Stranger!
