Oracle Fusion HCM - Conversions

Hi,

I need to perform data migration from legacy system to Oracle Fusion HCM.
This is a adhoc migration of data.
I need information for migrating/converting workforce structure data like Locations, Job, Position, Grades etc..

In Oracle Ebiz we have API's to migrate data's, is the same feature avaliable in Fusion HCM too?

How should I do the conversion in Fusion HCM?
Could any one please provide any related documents that details the procedure/steps for conversion and also please provide any sample scripts for reference.
