Order Import - Importing ATO Configurations

We are trying to import ATO configurations using Order Import. We have referred the note (746677.1) giving us a sample script for the same. In our approach we are passing the configurations lines as child lines of another ATO model. We are passing the required columns as mentioned especially the top_model_line_ref, link_to_line_ref, component_code etc. When we import the order, the order gets imported successfully, however the configuration is not built as expected. When we click on the 'Configurator' button on the ATO model level and preview the configuration, it doesn't show the entire configuration. It shows only the parent ATO model line, which means that the child configuration is not linked with the parent ATO model line. We also observed that the column 'LINK_TO_LINE_ID' is NULL in the OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL table for the order in question. We are not able to figure out why is this happening.
