Fire an alert on long running concurrent program

Hi,

One of our customer is requesting to inform them if a specific program they had run had failed or in long running program. I initially thought that OEM will be useful through User-Defined Metrics. The problem though is that I don't know how to generate specific script to determine it. I have the name of the concurrent program but still looking for that sql statement. 

By the way, we are using OEM Grid control v10.2.04.

Hope someone could assist. Thanks!
