Diagnostic Pack issue

I just stood up a new RAC cluster (11.2.0.2) with 11.1.0.1 agents monitoring them.  We have diagnostic pack licenses for this database and the parameter is set correctly.  When I look in the performance tab for the cluster database I get data in the charts (Runnable Processes etc.).  I also get data in the performance charts when I select node 1, but when I look at the performance tab for node 2, all the graphs just show Loading...

I'm not getting any errors that I can find.  I have SQL connectivity and the ports for the agent are open as I'm not gettng any errors from the agent and other functions are working fine.
