OTL: Unapproved Project Timecards

Hello.  does anyone have a method to get a list of all unapproved project timecards entered via OTL? 

more detail:  we enter timecards via Oracle OTL, and have  two approval streams, one for payroll (which we can report on) and another for projects.  We can't find a way to get the list of all oustanding approvalson those project timecards.

any help appreciated.
