Subcontractor Relationships for Suppliers

Do you know if Oracle has the capability to track multiple sub-contractors as they relate to the prime contractor? When I say multiple contractors I mean sub of a sub of a sub of a sub (4 levels deep).  I am wondering if R12 TCA handles this?  Or Supplier Lifecycle Management?  Any input on this is much appreciated.
