Impeding disk failure

Hi,
We are using sun storage 6580. In alaram its showing Impending drive failure in Virtual Disk 6 (Medium Data Availability Risk), affected drive(s): Tray.31.Drive.10. It seems that disk is not failed. Could you please guide how to handle this situation.
