Windows Data Execution Prevention (DEP) error when logging into SYSADMIN, Profile values

I don't know if this is the correct forum. 1) In 11.5.10 SYSADMIN > Profile options  >Getting "Internet Explorer has closed this webpage to help protect your computer
A malfunctioning or malicious add-on has caused Internet Explorer to close this webpage." > Go online to learn about the Data Execution Prevention (DEP) security feature

2) Followed recommendations in

Upgrading JInitiator with Oracle E-Business Suite 11i (Doc ID 124606.1) and added all executables to the DEP :

1. Navigate to - Control Panel -> System -> Advanced (tab) -> (Performance) Settings -> Data Execution Prevention (tab)
2. Select 'Turn on DEP for all Programs and Services except those I select:'
