QUESTION

1)What is causing this issue for the Employee W-2  2011 pdfs, are printing 2 times (rather than once.) Seeing 8 up, rather than 4 up

2) If there are more than 10000 employees, the system creates 2 pdf files rather than 1 pdf files.  How can we changed this to be just one file.
(sending file to 3rd party to print.  Would like to just have one file
