PO Output for Communication hangs occasionally.

I have a problem and hope someone can help.  A recent problem has started to happen.  When the PO Output for Communication runs to create the PDF file, some of the processes just hang.  About 1 in 10 to 15 get stuck.  The process goes into a wait state.  It appears to complete the PDF file.  The log gets the End of Printing message but nothing after that.  The last of the log is below.  No one has been able to figure it out.  Anyone have any ideas?
