Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Do you know if the FICA rate is going back from 4.20% to 6.20% in the December 15 patches for January 2012?
