Register Enterprise Controller

Hello,

I just install my OPS Center on Solaris Sparc. Now I tried to Register Enterprise Controller, But when I write my MOS username and password I can't to loggin and I have the following message

"Error retrieving Team data from Oracle".  Do I need my MOS Account and password, or it's another account.
