Database Backup and Recovery (MOSC)

Backup level 0 and full database !

 Hi all,
   Relate to backuping and restoring, my friend said that I should backup full database than backup level 0. At present, I backup database with type incremental level 0 not level 1. As my knowledge, the level 0 is basically same as bakup full database .

   Any ideas ?
