predefined sequence for constraint or Product Script

We had a issue for some product where we write the constraint and as well as Product Script on the Cfg_ChildItemChanged event.

But in some case product script runs first and then constraint and in some case it is vice-versa.

 

How does the Siebel engine works?

Is their any predefined sequence that which (constraint or Product Script) should run first?
