11.1.0.7 expdp failed with 4031 and since that a program "ude" run and produce message in alert.log

Oracle 11.1.0.7 Enterprise Edition

Please help me: how can I stop "ude"-Process?

What's happen:

yesterday I started an expdp which not finished and I get no Log-File. But I can see following error message in alert.log:

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 56 bytes of shared memory ("streams pool","unknown object","streams pool","fixed allocation callback")
Incident details in: /khof/duppgolf/oracle_P_GS/diag/rdbms/p_gs/P_GS/incident/incdir_150659/P_GS_ora_1118380_i150659.trc

Until this every 30 seconds following error message is writing into alert.log
